We provide advanced conversation analytics of real-time multichannel conversational data to derive insights into virtual assistant, agent and user behavior and fine-tune processes and dialogs. This enables us to improve customer interaction. Our Speech-to-intent directly converts spoken language into meaning, effectively bypassing the cumbersome process of transcribing speech into text and feeding that text into a large language model (LLM).
